My name is Danny

There's really nothing special about me, but here are a few notable things:

My parents encountered the Lord in China when I was 7. Thus, they raised me hoping that I would fear and love Him. I didn't do that until I came to Canada. I was convicted of my terrible sins in grade 10 and began seeking the Lord seriously. In the Bible, I found the most beautiful and profound wisdom I have ever seen.

Most importantly, I found the savior of my soul.  Now I hope to share those things with you.

I'm no scholar, nor am I a theologian, nor am I an apologist, nor am I a full-fledged Bible teacher. I'm much too young and inexperienced to be called those things! I'd like you to just see me as a fellow brother in Christ who'd like to share his walk with the Lord with you.

Comics for Christ

Comics for Christ came about in November of 2019. I just listened to one of the greatest sermons I have ever heard at the time and I desperately wanted to share its contents with...well, everyone. Then it dawned on me, I liked drawing, I like humor, and I like Christianity.

So why not combine all 3?

Thus, Comics for Christ was born. I have been uploading (almost) weekly ever since then, and I must say, it has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I am able to share things about the Lord with other like-minded believers, interact with other online Christians, and best of all, I am able to help and encourage my brothers and sisters in Christ all while using my God-given gifts!

You can learn more about my comics on the "About" page if you are new here! Thanks for stopping by, God bless ya and I hope you stick around!

FAQ

What denomination do you identify with?

I don't pledge my allegiance to any particular denomination. I'd like to call myself a Bible-believing Christian. However, if you must know, I attend an Open Brethren Assembly.

Any questions regarding my stance on political/controversial issues.

I really would like to stay away from those issues if I can. Why? Because I heavily dislike conflict. However, you can be sure that I WILL take the biblical stance when confronted.

Why do you not tackle more difficult content?

The main reason is I just don't feel qualified. There are certain theological issues that I just don't feel confident enough to talk about (due to my lack of experience and research). If I can't honestly give you a confident answer, then I will point you to people who are better equipped than me.
